Refund & Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
